Refund policy
Pin-It Entomological Supply, LLC offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date of your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@pinitentomology.com.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or other issues
Be sure to inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assist you in making things right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Please email us at info@pinitentomology.com if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
We DO NOT accept returns on merchandise (unless damaged or defective), sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange any item you must first return the item you received in accordance with our return policy as stated above. Once item(s) have been received, replaced item(s) will be shipped to you. You are responsible for any difference in cost of the new item(s), if they are of greater cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Orders shipped into the European Union may be cancelled or returned for any reason and without a justification within 14 days of receipt. The cooling-off period begins from the day your items are marked as delivered. If returned, all items must be in the same condition that they were received - unworn and unused, with tags, in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return and we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
